About the Editor
Jessie is a writer and film professional who embodies the mantra “not all who wander are lost”. From scheduling counseling services for the FDNY to selling granola at farmer’s markets, she has always opened herself to learn, observe and grow from everyone and everything around her.  To put it simply, her experiences fuel her art. They have since she first put pen to paper to express her grief through poetry on September 11, 2001.  Writing has always been the vehicle she uses to maneuver the good, the bad, and the inexplicable.  It's how she is best able to convey exactly what she intends.  And the most beautiful way to reveal unexpected truths.
